Trust The Drop is Chapter Three - the session where we stop overriding the inner compass and start following it. Through 9D Breathwork, we work directly with the somatic experience of self-trust - not as a concept, but as something you feel in the body and remember how to access again.
This one is for the visionary in waiting. The person who knows they're meant for more but keeps finding reasons to stay exactly where they are.
