Studio Policy

LIABILITY WAIVER


I understand the various risks associated with an exercise programme and it is my desire to participate. I have not withheld any relevant information regarding my physical condition, which may affect me during or following this session. I agree that Move with Mon Pilates is not responsible for any injuries sustained by me during my exercise session. I hereby release Move with Mon Pilates and all parties involved from any responsibility. I have read the terms and conditions and understand the rules and policies at MWM Pilates.

TIME

  • All classes are 55 minutes long.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow members into group classes who are more than 5 minutes late.

 

FOR YOUR COMFORT AND HOUSE-KEEPING

  • Please provide an accurate physical / medical history when signing up.

  • Pilates is a "hands on" approach.  If this is uncomfortable for you in any way, please inform us.

  • Please wear comfortable workout clothing that will enable your instructor to observe the functioning of your body.  No foot attire is required, but socks are compulsory.  

  • Please remove your shoes once you have entered the studio.

  • Mobile conversations can be held outside of the studio.  Please "silence" your phone when in studio.  Your courtesy will be appreciated.

 

PAYMENTS

  • Payment for classes must be made upfront before sessions commence.  This automatically secures your place in the class, especially in group reformer/equip classes where we can only accommodate a certain number of clients (to ensure the maximum attention from the instructor). Please buy a pricing plan and schedule your credits into the relevant sessions.

  • All group reformer/equipment classes require a minimum of 2 people for the class to go ahead. You are welcome to have a private at the private rate if you are the only person booked in or we add your booking back to your credits.

  • Please make sure that should you need to reschedule or add your session back to credits that you do so via Fit before the 20hour policy threshold.

  • CANCELLATIONS within the 20 hour policy unfortunately are forfeited by the member as the studio is not in a position to absorb missed classes or late cancelations. 

    • MWM Pilates prides itself in the fact that the classes are small.  This allows us to be able to work with everybody at some point during a class.  However, as numbers are limited, be courteous to others that may be on a waiting list should you wish to cancel your reservation.

    • If you are scheduled for a reformer/equipment class, this policy gives us time to open up the waitlist for that class if there is one.

  • Payment for all pricing plans can be made through the Fit by Wix app via our Yoco portal.

  • All bookings are to be managed by yourself via the Fit app downloaded to your phone.

    • NOTICE PERIOD: Please give us a month’s notice if, for whatever reason, your time at our studio has come to a permanent conclusion.  In this event any amount credited to your account must be made up within a month of the credit balance or forfeited because the studio has adopted apoi.,uy1§-0c  |
      “no refunds” policy.
